1 Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 9joy platform and all its services. 9joy is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.
By registering an account on the 9joy platform, accessing it, or using any of its services, you are legally bound to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the 9joy platform.

9joy services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. No person under the age of 21 may open an account on the 9joy platform or use any betting or gaming services. For age verification purposes, 9joy may request a valid ID document at any time.
2.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

- A mobile number or email address must be provided and kept active.
- Each person may open only one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
- The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) must be registered in your own name.
3 Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Allowing any other person to use your account is prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 9joy may request additional verification at any time to ensure account security.
3.2 Identity Verification
9joy reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested if needed:
- National ID card (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill or bank statement
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on the 9joy platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
- Deposited funds must be sent from an account registered in your own name.
- Deposits sent from a third-party account will not be accepted and the funds will be returned.
- Keep the correct reference number for each transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be on hold if account verification has not been completed.
- In exceptional cases, processing may take longer due to technical issues or anti-fraud review.
- At the time of withdrawal, it will be verified whether the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 to qualify for the bonus.
- Before withdrawing the bonus, a turnover of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 VIP and Cashback
9joy operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Your VIP tier is determined based on your activity and loyalty on the platform. Stay regularly active to move up to a higher tier.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus applies to one account only.
- If an attempt is made to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud, both accounts will be closed.
- 9joy reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- Bonus balances are not issued in fractional amounts.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet. 9joy reserves the right to void any bet resulting from a technical error or incorrect odds.
6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
- Bets are accepted before the match begins. Live betting is available for specific events.
- If a match is cancelled due to rain, lack of light or any other reason, the bet will be settled according to the rules.
- In the event of match-fixing or manipulation, 9joy may void all affected bets.
6.3 Slots and Casino Games
- All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
- If the internet connection is lost during a game, the 9joy server record will be considered final.
- Game rules are available within each game.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9joy platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Bonus abuse or using strategies to circumvent wagering requirements
- Arbitrage betting, chargeback fraud or money laundering
- Hacking, using bots or automated software on the platform's software or systems
- Registering with a false identity or another person's information
- Collaborating with other users to manipulate games
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately towards 9joy staff
8 Privacy and Data Protection
9joy gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

9joy reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity

- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
- By order of a court or regulatory authority
If an account is closed due to a ban, 9joy's decision regarding any valid balance will be communicated after the completion of its investigation.
